Mathematics

It's not always easy to convey the visual nature of mathematical ideas. Here are some of the ways that I've tried using figures to showcase a mathematical concept.

A bubble graph of indices of Azumaya algebras
A bubble graph displaying bounds on indices of 96 Azumaya algebras of period 4 on a very general abelian fivefold.
A deformation of a curve in an algebraic surface
A deformation of a curve in an algebraic surface.
Symmetric random walks in an infinite grid
Symmetric random walks in an (infinite grid), examples to illustrate a theorem of Polya.
